Oppo Inno Day is a yearly conference where the Chinese company reveals its latest innovations. Last year’s edition saw an under-display camera, and tomorrow we’re expecting a smartphone with 125W fast charging.
The company is also going to introduce a concept device with a rollable display, according to an official post on Weibo.
The image does not reveal how the display rolls/retracts but looking at the image and how other companies like LG went with the solution, it is pretty obvious we’re looking at another groundbreaking technology for Oppo. Also, the company itself wrote, “in the future, your phone will be able to retract freely”.

The Oppo-Inno Day is in Shenzhen, China, and although we were able to attend last year, we understandably have to watch from home this time around. When the meeting is done, we’ll track the case and brief you on all the new developments.
